As I reflect back, I always wanted to change. I wanted to create a superior version of myself, but I would stay idle. Oh, perhaps it’s not a time for me. When real moments call for action, I would submit myself towards finding a solution albeit unsuccessfully. I was not into anything until I want to create a welcoming aura for the change. Having a strong mind towards changing oneself is a start. But at the end of the day, I find ambiguity in everything. It’s hard when your mind is in disarray.

Excluding the most coveted changes, the most noticeable changes inevitable to every living being is physical growth. Gradual transformation from a little mischievous child, unheeded to the knowledge of worrisome future challenges for times to come to the grown being with loads of responsibilities. You behold the scenes of every nook and crannies. To sum up it’s a hassle. As you grow up you learn many lessons. The consciences you have upon different circumstances is sharpened in many cases.

Akin to the obsession faced by great people upon the normalcy-The cliché life. I started my days many months ago. I want to transform into something else, something special, something divine. I was very much determined. No matter what happened in my past, I’m not my past, I’m sources of everything that want to shine. But few days before my realization, I’m in that throng of people accepting the things that life gives, not noticing the vast opportunities that lay ahead if I act upon it.

I believe life is a journey. You have started it long time back. The only thing required is you maintain a consistency unfailingly alive in whatever work your maximum energy goes to. Garner all the best inspirations and believe you can and work towards it.

An American writer and physician thought it well when he said, ”It seems strange that although we love life so dearly, cling to with such a desperate tenacity, we should sell it so cheaply, should deliberately throw away so many precious years by wrong living and bad thinking.” I would exactly relate to above quote. I love my life so dearly. Don’t you?  I want to be superior, accumulate all the worldly knowledge, chase successes. I want to be eloquent in languages. Socialize. I want to have every best thing.

These are the lessons I learned in my School days till now:

1) Procrastination is best to a lazy person:

Who is not acquainted with habitually and intentionally postponing the given task? Hmm… almost all.  2015 was my sophomore year. The most life changing event that took away my dreams. I had thickest physics book to be covered.  Yet with the carefree complacency, I strived hard for cramming the night before the exam. What were the results? I was in the state of euphoria to see colorful results not falling under the criteria of government scholarship. I screwed up physics. That defined my life, away from a dream which I so much clung for.

Lesson Learned:  Procrastinate if you risk losing your dreams. Lessons are unveiled only after a cavalier action. So if life is so important, act without delay.

2) Exposure can make you Stronger one:

The high school where I studied is Orong Central School. It was a few months later in the new school, that I agreed to join in Inter House English Debate Competition because of undeniable pressure. You see its hard to face the crowd in the new place. The heart beats apace, awed expression, the cheeks redder with blushes and the voice shrill or faltering with the stammer or if you have memorized the lines, it’s beyond another realm in your brain. To my regret,

I even didn’t know how I showed my demeanor while going up to the podium and how I spoke to the thousands of eyes wide open in my very face. It’s obvious. Only a dearth of people are confident to go in front of mass unlike being alone in a crowd, in fact, there are a lot of people surrounding you but their focus of attention is not you. And because we all go through same stuff differently.

Lesson Learned:  If you want to succeed, go ahead, stand up and do what is helping you. The next time, I wanted to stand up not to show off but to surmount the obstacle I always had with the crowd. I don’t want to fall victim to my audacity to stand up and deliver nothing.

Therefore I agreed to conduct An Inter Class Quiz Competition from 9th till 12th grade with help from few of my mates. I felt good and confident. I managed everything well. I was elated to hear inspiring compliments and feedbacks from the whole lot of great people there. With coming times, I wasn’t nervous anymore, I delivered everything well afterward. Therefore you must move forward. Be oblivious to the mockery. Make your pose well.  After all the audiences are the human being with a lot of flaws.

3) Failing is not an end of the world!

In everyone’s life, it’s apparent that we go off the intended way and fail to understand the paradigm of what really counts. Perhaps we try too less. But there’s some point in your life where you are stuck with a strong force to try again knowing the fact that ceaseless trying or the repetition is the path to success.

Image result for failing is not the end of life

We experience incalculable failure every day like of few failing to do well in the exam, the fiasco in taking up responsibilities. In fact, failure is another side of every action.

Therefore it’s understandable to get failed and the most worthy and daring step a downtrodden people can take is to come out of the ignorance that failed cannot succeed. Even if you are failed you should look into a solution to rise again.

Failure is yet another more prudent opportunity to do your absolute best.
You cannot succeed at first go, in most of the endeavors. Failures are the chances for repetition into mastery for the people who is willing to rise up again.

Somebody said, “Failure is not a person but events.”
The failure may put someone into deepest despair, breaking disappointment for a span of time but there is no charm in letting the consequences stay the same. You try again and receive the unfathomable rewards or sulk into helplessness doing nothing.

I have had many failures, many success. And I knew what brings ambrosial taste. And the great people you heard of are those who didn’t let the failure to define their life.
.

I believe life is a journey. You have started it long time back. The only thing required is you maintain a consistency unfailingly alive in whatever work your maximum energy goes to. Garner all the best inspirations and believe you can and work towards it.

It’s a matter of time. Believe me. A whole lot of things are within us to look into. Failure is yet another chance to prove that you can become superior. Did it break you into last pieces? No.
So what? Rise up Again.

4) Embrace the change!

People feel bad when they notice their things changed. Change is connected to the emotions of our life. After two years later, I went to my previous school; Phuntshothang Middle Secondary School. It had changed a lot. The ambiances with new huge buildings.

The canopy where we used to eat luncheon long gone. The Construction work messed the beautiful evergreen hedges. The classrooms décor more faded. I grimaced looking at the changes. Not so immersed in nostalgia, but it’s bad to see the place where I studied transforming into alien place. Now I knew it all counts to the moments.

Important life lessons

Everything changes. For instance, there are a lot of competitions in growing world. A mobile phone company previously, Nokia must bring its product up to the changes we notice now. To grow there must be a change. If Nokia recommences making only its keypad phone, it won’t last in the changing market. Likewise, you must learn the multitude of things to adapt to the growing world. This is the best lessons in life.

Father of Evolution, Charles Darwin remarked, “It’s not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent but the ones most responsive to change.” The strong and feral beast, Dinosaur failed to survive because they were not responsive to change.

Robin Sharma in one if his books, said it right, “There is joy in change. Without change, there can be no growth. Without change, there can be no growth. Without change, there would be no progress. Look at the meadows and forest you came through. It is in the continuous state of change. The leaves fall off the tree and later reappear. The birds hatch as the chick and grow into adulthood. The season change from winter to spring. Even this butterfly are nothing more than a caterpillar who learned to change. Understand that change is the way of the world.”

Similarly, I believe we must change too because change is knowing ourselves. It’s moving up. It doesn’t always mean taking a big decision. For me, it’s giving importance to little things which will make a huge impact in my life. It’s like following a daily routine generally. To specify some: Conditioning to sleep early and rising early to increase the productivity, writing a journal, practicing mindfulness, reading books and so on…

5) Read Books to Awaken the Mind!

Reading is an essential asset in improving our life. Read and read more. Read everything you get. You all are not going to be philosophers. There are people who know the book can help them, still, don’t read. Reading helps in knowing everything beyond horizons. Lessons in life.

Reading enhances the visual capabilities of taking in the thing and reading aloud in speaking. Normally we perceive things through five senses. That’s how we understand well.

If you have not read, it’s very difficult to write. Some people don’t know how to start a line. You will see a big difference between those who read and who don’t. Those who read are the flexible persons with linguistic versatilities. The language superior, eloquence incomparable, and the oration with graceful splendor.

It has been eon since I gazed at the wonders of what unfolds in a book with my teacher’s inspirations. So began my friendship with nicest of the things in this world. Books! What could be a better friend than a book?
The flow and strings of words, the assurance, and the suspense events call to unravel became a compelling force for me to start reading. The dawn of good things was to come for me. I read novels. The writers’ way of writing is beyond words. I genuinely felt that there exist people with bonafide works. And there’s surely the whole lot of superior people, whose decent start is definitely going to pull them high.

I finished my high school from Orong Higher Secondary School in Samdrup Jongkhar. Well, I’m completely amateur to the blogging field. I used to read a lot, write ample of articles in sophomore years. One of my friends suggested me why don’t I start a blog if I had so many inclinations for words. The threads of words never fail to fascinate me. It’s my decent start with few of my best moments called poetry. All these showed me miracle exist, there’s beauty in everything.

Reading really helps in writing. Ceaseless writings not only excite the minds, touch the heart but also imparts the readers a vision that is compelling and paramount. The way to turn great is by reading books. I recommend you to read books. You cannot notice a change by reading a book, read more. Eventually, you will feel like you can’t keep a book down until the end. You cannot take some beautiful events from the book and make it yours. What you can do is find a way to bring changes in what is within you.

Books are the invaluable asset that brings transformation in what is within you, it rejuvenates what is about to disappear from one’s life…

6) Never Stop Dreaming, Better things always come!

I dream a lot. I dream the possibilities. I’d laugh at the worst moments. Believe me, I had have lost many things. I have lost my patience of prolonged waiting. But at the end of the day, there must be a way to solve that. Everyone dream, and most important thing is you should find out what you are good at. Everything begins in the heart and mind.

Dreaming is the essential part of our life. Dream keeps our hope alive, persistence in every step we take. It is like a bright sun penetrating through the dark cloud to show the sign of warmth is coming.

Dreams are the symbol of possibilities. But as we face the reality dreams are not always fulfilled.
It’s apparent that most of the readers here will immediately think of the career dreams they achieved or failed. But there’s many. A dream can be a small thing. Your dream can be building a house for the poor because you have undergone what it is like to be them.
You will achieve all. Dream it! Believe it! See it! Plan it! And there you go…
